Salary: £23,873 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent for 35 hours)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive? We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Aide Worker to join our team. As one of our Family Aide Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services designed to achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with the diverse needs of children, young people, and families
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide practical support to family members of all ages
- Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of statutory and voluntary services
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
- Experience working in culturally diverse communities and in-home settings
- Knowledge of the Bradford Early Help Framework
