We are currently looking for enthusiastic students to support and engage students in Welcome and representation activities. You will be the first point of contact at LSESU events and activities, and so if you want be part of delivery of the highest customer-focused standards, please apply to join the great team!
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be a first point of contact at LSESU events and activities, including assisting with any queries they may have in person, stewarding and physically setting up rooms and spaces
  • Supporting the delivery of Welcome event activity, accompanying students of trips 
  • Actively engage with members & visitors to ensure that their needs are being met and a high level of customer service is always delivered to create a great impression of LSESU for all students.
  • Ensure that SU events and activities occur in a clean and safe environment. Responsibility to ensure any hazards are removed or reported and relevant procedures are followed with regards to any incidents or accidents.
  • Carry out a range of tasks including, but not limited to, moving furniture, cleaning equipment and administrative duties
  • Various other ad hoc tasks as and when required to support SU activities

  • Friendly, helpful manner and approachable demeanour 
  • Good communication skills with the confidence to actively engage with members.
