Bathshack is looking for an E-Commerce Web and Data Administrator to join our eCommerce team in Coleraine. This permanent role is responsible for maintaining accurate, high-quality product and website data across our e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on data cleansing, Excel-based reporting and day-to-day web administration.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining and updating product content across BathShack.com, eBay, B&Q, and various other marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Cleansing, auditing, and correcting product and pricing data to maintain a high standard of data quality across all platforms
  • Managing and optimising product listings, pricing, and promotions using Shopify
  • Assisting in processing orders via company websites, eBay, and other marketplaces
  • Identifying and flagging data inconsistencies or gaps, and working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve them

A bit about you

  • 2 years' experience in an E-Commerce business
  • Experience using Shopify (or another major e-commerce CMS)
  • Strong Excel skills, including data cleansing and large data sets
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • GCSE English / Maths

It would be great if you have

  • Experience with Google Merchant Center / product feed management
  • Experience selling across multiple marketplaces (eBay, B&Q)
  • Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Acumatica)
