We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse & Driver Support Operative to join our fast-paced team at Bathshack. This is a dual role where you’ll primarily act as a driver for day to day ad hoc and urgent jobs, while also supporting the warehouse team when not on the road. You’ll need to be READY TO GO at short notice for urgent deliveries, so flexibility and a “can-do” attitude are essential. We would also like the suitable candidate to have a Class 2 Licence so they can also support with ad hoc driving in our larger vehicle. 

What You’ll Be Doing

Driver Support:

  • Be on standby for urgent deliveries across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Load vans with goods for daily routes and urgent runs.
  • Deliver and collect goods safely and on time, providing excellent customer service.
  • Check goods for quality and accuracy during loading and delivery.
  • Manage returns efficiently.
  • Perform daily and weekly checks on vans, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and compliance with company policies.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with Class 2


Warehouse Support:

  • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles.
  • Pack and wrap goods for dispatch.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
  • Support team members with general warehouse tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full driving licence (max 6 points).
  • Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes).
  • Experience in warehouse or driving roles (Forklift licence advantageous).
  • Flexible, organised, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Physically fit – some heavy lifting required.
  • Professional and tidy appearance.

What about the hours?
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Where will you work?
This role is based at our Antrim office, located in the Junction One area.
