Soul Church are seeking to employ a part-time individual to lead, equip & administrate SOUL Church’s Dream Team & Groups ministry. Their main responsibilities will include:

●        To inspire, champion and resource Dream Team & Group leaders across all areas of SOUL Church
●        To recruit and build a core group of volunteers to facilitate the above
●        Meet regularly with the core team to invest in them as leaders and implement strategies to keep the Dream Team & Groups a priority within church life every term
●        Bring visionary leadership every term to Dream Team & Groups training events, ensuring the church calendar reflects how our core are valued and receiving investment
●        Honour & appreciation moments – regularly highlight and recognise leaders for the way they build and provide care to their people. They are the core. 
●        Oversee development & implementation of online recruitment and management system working alongside IT and operational staff
●        Discover the current ‘baseline’ on health of Groups & Dream Team and report into a Ministries Dashboard weekly
●        Liaise with the Care team to effectively care and support key leaders across

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, cope with frequent change and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback
