We are now seeking talented Aftersales Contact Advisor to join our successful Aftersales Contact team in Hedge End. The main objective of the role is to Maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work

 • Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
 • Organisation skills and being able to manage multiple customer appointments.
 • Strong administration skills including: diary management, time management and record keeping.
 • Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and maximise every sales opportunity.
