Role Purpose
The Country Manager at MSL EU will be accountable for the full establishment, operation, and sustained growth of MSL EU as a legally compliant Irish entity, acting with autonomy and strategic leadership appropriate for a standalone subsidiary. This includes the full suite of leadership responsibilities — from managing operational delivery and customer relationships, to ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and organisational readiness for future growth.

The role is senior and highly visible, requiring a hands-on operator with the ability to make independent decisions, represent the company externally, and build effective cross-border relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory partners. The Country Manager will work in close coordination with Magnetic Shields Ltd (UK) to align on corporate strategy, processes, quality standards and shared systems, while also driving tailored execution for the EU market.

This position blends core business leadership functions including general management, commercial execution, operational excellence, compliance oversight, and business development. It is well-suited to a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment able to wear many hats, influence at all organisational levels, and define the future trajectory of MSL’s presence in the EU.
