Purpose
| To provide high quality administrative and logistical support for all conferencing activities, ensuring efficient organisation, clear communication, and successful event execution. This role also involves engaging with clients and attendees in a friendly and professional manner, helping to create a positive and welcoming conference experience.

Pay | To be agreed
Hours of work | 21 hours per week, worked over 3 - 4 days per week
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to the Conferencing Team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and handling general inquiries.
- Manage conferencing inboxes, respond to queries, and provide timely information to clients.
- Assist with conference planning, preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Liaise with customers, and external partners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support on-the-day conferencing operations, including setup, signage, hospitality, and attendee check-in.
- Help maintain conferencing materials, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and organisation.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth delivery of all conference sessions and activities.
- Assist with vendor coordination, room bookings, and equipment requirements.
- Provide general support to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-run conference environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Able to carry our church’s culture of Christian values & practices, in all aspects of the role including interactions with contractors, church centre visitors, church members and staff team- Able to play a full role in the Christian practices of the team, e.g. prayer & worship times
