About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic Conductor looking for a role where your expertise is integrated into every hour of a child’s day?
At Pace, we deliver an integrated curriculum where motor, language, cognitive, and social development happen simultaneously. We are seeking a qualified Conductor to join our specialist team, working with pre-school and school-aged children with motor impairments and associated difficulties.
Your Impact at Pace
As a vital member of our transdisciplinary team, you will:
- Collaborate: Work side-by-side with Teachers, Therapists, and LSAs to plan and deliver all-day, holistic programmes.
- Empower: Use the principles of Conductive Education to help children harness their own potential for independence.
- Innovate: Deliver high-quality, integrated sessions that address the "whole child," from academic progress to physical mobility.
- Support: Partner with families to ensure the Pace ethos provides a consistent foundation for the child’s life beyond the classroom.

- Qualification: A degree or equivalent in Conductive Education (BA/BSc or Pető Institute Diploma).
- Mindset: A deep commitment to the Pace integrated approach and a "can-do" attitude.
