This role is based in Tiptree and the main role requirements are:  To provide reports, advice and training support on technical accounting issues and financial management to trustees, staff and volunteers of voluntary community organisations (VCOs).

To work within the VCO community, providing bookkeeping, payroll, administration and accountancy support to C360’s Community Accounts Service’s clients.

Assist the Finance Officer to be fully accountable for the performance management of contractual key performance indicators and qualitative and quantitative delivery within this portfolio.

To work with a flexible approach in accordance with the needs of the project.

You will bring:
·       AAT Level 4 minimum level required.
·       Knowledge of current accountancy procedures.
·       A passion for the voluntary sector whilst having our Purpose & Valuesat the heart of what you do.
·       An ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with trustees, voluntary community organisations, and professionals. 
·       Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) skills with an ability to write reports and papers. 
·       Competent and secure use of IT, including MS Office 365 (advanced excel required), and accounting databases.
·       An ability to prioritise tasks, workload and manage time effectively.
·       Great interpersonal skills to work with diverse communities.
·       Ability to work in a team environment.
·       Flexibility with working hours and location.
·       An ability to multi-task within a dynamic, fast paced, and changing environment.
·       A “can do” attitude and ensure a high quality customer focus service at all times.
·       A willingness to be an advocate for Community360.
