We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join a well-established and respected insurance brokerage on the Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality insurance solutions across a diverse commercial portfolio.
You will manage and grow your own book of commercial business, working with local and international clients, and will be supported by a collaborative broking and administration team.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial risks, including SME and corporate accounts
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client development
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best possible coverage and pricing
• Conduct client meetings, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and risk reviews
• Ensure all activity is compliant with Isle of Man regulatory and conduct standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients

About You
• Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or similar role within insurance
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
• Comfortable managing client relationships autonomously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Dip CII qualified (or working towards) 
• Experience within offshore markets or the Isle of Man would be advantageous
• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
