Argyle Community Trust is the official charity of Plymouth Argyle. The Trust uses the power of sport to make a positive impact on lives across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall. From health and wellbeing programmes to educational initiatives and grassroots sports, the Trust is committed to creating opportunities and inspiring people of all ages and abilities.

Foulston Park is more than just a venue; it’s a place where sporting excellence meets community spirit. By combining state-of-the-art facilities with accessible opportunities, we aim to inspire and nurture athletes of all abilities while supporting health, wellbeing, and personal growth.

Foulston Park is rooted in heritage and driven by a vision for the future. We believe in creating opportunities for everyone, fostering inclusivity, and building a legacy of sporting achievement and community pride.

In March 2025, we will open a fantastic new Community facility named The Hub @ Foulston Park. The new community hub will provide the access, support, and equipment to reduce health inequalities, promote wellbeing, and become a beacon for local community activity provision for generations. The Hub will house a state-of-the-art gym alongside multi-use fitness rooms, café, soft play zone, esports and youth zone, and health and support services.

The project forms part of the wider regeneration and delivery of Foulston Park, a multi-million-pound development to transform the site into a centre of sport for the community. The project will deliver a new 112m x 68m 3G pitch which will be used for football and rugby and new athletics track. As part of the funding package, a Football Foundation PlayZone is being created to help families stay active as well as new refurbished changing rooms.

With the opening of the hub at Foulston Park we have a number of positions available on site which we are aiming to fill including cleaning operatives. You will be part of a wider team that ensures the community hub is kept to highest standards, throughout the week.

As a company, we pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our employees and clients. We value the hard work and dedication of our cleaning staff, recognising their vital contribution to our daily operations.

If you take pride in creating a clean and safe environment, we would love to hear from you.
