St Catherine’s is one of the newest and largest Colleges in the University of Oxford, catering for a wide range of dining, from banquets and formal private dinners to meals for students. All dishes are made fresh from scratch on a daily basis, and the College Kitchen has an enviable reputation for the quality of its food. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly, professional team and gain experience in a large Kitchen, whilst being supported to build on their culinary skills. You will be a strong team player, passionate about producing great food, and able to meet the high standards we require across all sections of the Kitchen. You will also be responsible for following the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen control and health & safety.
Ideally, you will be qualified to City and Guilds 7061/2 (or equivalent) or will have equivalent professional experience.
The salary is £30,695 - £33,585 per annum, comprising 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7).
