We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Charity Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hereford shop. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by maximizing income and creating a welcoming environment for customers and volunteers.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the charity shop, maximizing income over expenditure currently in the region of £10k per annum
- Support and manage a team of volunteers and providing excellent customer service
- Provide professional and attractive stocking and merchandising of the shop
- Promote the work of the Trust to volunteers, donors and customers alike.
Term; 3 days / 21 hours per week; Preference for Thursday & Saturday and flexibility to manage volunteers.
