The Role
In this role, you will work with our catering team to ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to our high standards. You will assist in ensuring that they are following correct procedures and delivering exceptional service to our young people and visitors.

To excel in this position, you should also have knowledge of food production and kitchen operations, as well as familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Till operation and serving customers  
  • Assist with ordering, stock control and stock rotation
  • To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Ensure monitoring and recording of all food and equipment temperatures in accordance with Environmental Health requirements
  • Ensure kitchen is cleaned as specified on the cleaning rota
  • Have a good knowledge of allergens and complete allergen charts daily for all dishes
  • Work closely with the Catering Manager to ensure the best possible level of service and care to our customers

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
  • Knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with staff and clients
  • Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
  • Certification in food handling (preferred)

Please note that this position will require working Saturdays and holidays based on the needs of our catering schedule.
