Argyle Community Trust are seeking a reliable and practical Caretaker/Groundskeeper to take responsibility for the general maintenance and upkeep of our Manadon Sports Hub site, a multi-sport venue with grass football pitches, a cricket pitch and square and a full size 3G football pitch . This role is vital to ensuring the smooth daily operation of the facility, providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users.
 
The role would suit an individual with a passion for sports turf maintenance and involves a variety of tasks, including minor repairs, cleaning support, security, and general maintenance, to support the delivery of high-quality services to our community. The Caretaker/Groundskeeper will also work closely with management, external contractors, and building users to address any issues efficiently and professionally.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining facilities and pitches to the highest standards and enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work in a dynamic community-focused environment.
