What will you be doing?:
- Conduct research on different industries and look for organisations that are actively developing their talent
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation strategies
Daily and monthly responsibilities:
- Utilise our techstack and cold-calling to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest ways that they could partner with One Young World
- Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to Team Leaders with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsand receiving positive customer feedback
- The ability to achieve and understand quantitative KPIs
- Fluent in English. Additional languages (eg. French, German, Chinese) are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness
- Availability to commute to our central London office 4 days a week
