Job Opportunity: Associate Ambulance Practitioner

We are currently seeking Associate Ambulance Practitioners to join us for an exciting new contract in the North West. If you’re passionate about providing excellent emergency care and want to be part of a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Associate Ambulance Practitioner 
  • Location: Trafford Park, Greater Manchester, North West, UK
  • Contract Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care in line with a minimum of recognised EMT qualifications.
  • Assist in stabilising patients at the scene of accidents or medical emergencies.
  • Work alongside healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation and reports are completed accurately.

Essential Requirement
- Ideally post 1 year class room phase with letter of completion from your Education Provider
- CERAD Certificate or equivalent blue light certificate
- Previous experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
- Full Manual Driving Licence with C1 capabilities desired.
- Supernumerary shifts

Personal Qualities
• Aged 18 and over, due to vehicle insurance purposes.
• Great communication skills, gained from dealing with members of the public from a range of different background.

Working as part of an ambulance crew, excellent communication, caring and time management skills are a must, as you will support and care for a range of patients with different conditions, mobility and disabilities.

In order to fulfil this role you must hold a full and valid UK driving licence and be physically fit so you can undertake the manual handling of patients and equipment.
