| Purpose of the role |
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Art Consultant with a proven sales track record to join our team. The role focuses on prospecting, pitching, presenting and closing art rental collections for new clients in the workplace sector. You will also play a key role in strengthening Artiq's reputation with industry partners and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine commercial experience with a genuine passion for art and design. You should have strong networks in the interior design, architecture, or creative industries and be confident working with stakeholders across all levels, from independent businesses to C-suite leaders at major corporations.

| Key Responsibilities |
·    Proactively identify and approach new clients across the workplace sector, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
·    Attend and actively participate in networking events to generate new business and grow Artiq's presence in the market.
·    Build and nurture relationships with partners across office fit-out, furniture, interior design, architecture and build sectors, representing Artiq professionally at every stage.
·    Support, pitch, and present proposals to a range of stakeholders, progressing toward leading full pitches independently as experience grows.
·    Brief the internal curation team on client requirements and act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
·    Help manage projects from proposal through to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met and clients receive a seamless experience.
·    Collaborate closely with internal teams (Arts, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.
·    Work toward confidently and efficiently closing deals.

| What we’re looking for
·    1-3 years' experience in B2B sales, client-facing, or account management roles, ideally within a creative, design-led sector. 
·    Confidence building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels, from independent businesses to senior leaders. 
·    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
·    A genuine interest in art, design, or the creative industries, with existing or growing networks in interior design, architecture, or related fields considered a strong plus. 
·    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional spoken and written English. 
·    A collaborative, proactive, and client-focused mindset, with genuine curiosity and drive to grow into a commercially minded sales role. 
·    Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Comfort working with data, budgets and reporting is ideal.

Notes

| Salary |
£30-£35k basic salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission and discretionary bonus.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office (with hybrid working).
