About the role
This is a new opportunity within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational day-to-day running of all of our core Get A Drip clinics, and will be a senior point of contact for our excellent clinic teams. The Area Manager will take a lead on delivering outstanding customer service, and will ensure sales are optimised at each clinic to support our growth. Audits and compliance will be a key element of the role, and the Area Manager will also line manage our Customer Service function and Front of House colleagues. The Area Manager will oversee performance across all clinics, and will be proactive in addressing any barriers.
The postholder will work from our Canary Wharf office but will spend the majority of their time based across our Get A Drip core clinics. Occasional travel to our Hertfordshire office, and other locations as and when required.

About you
We’re looking for an individual with a background in multi-site operational management, and experience in the retail or healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be comfortable in analysing data to make strategic, data-driven decisions, and will thrive in working across our clinics to boost performance and support our staff. We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you have strong financial acumen,, are passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers, and can demonstrate drive and ambition to develop the role.
We’re looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills. We value individuals who can demonstrate a willingness to get ‘stuck in’ and make a difference to all areas of the business.
