Objectives
· Prioritise availability of vehicles into the workshop to enhance workshop productivity
· Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and care of all customer vehicles
· Help the site to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
· Relay all customer comments to the Service team/Manager
· Drive safely and comply with site, manufacturer and industry guidelines at all times

· Timeliness of vehicle collection and delivery
Key Tasks
Objective: Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and care of all customer vehicles
· Prioritise availability of vehicles into the workshop to enhance workshop productivity throughout the day.
· Verify that all cars are washed and vacuumed thoroughly before being returned to the customer
· Ensure correct measures are taken to protect the interior of the vehicle
· Take optimum care of all customer belongings in the vehicle
· Ensure vehicles awaiting return to their owners are parked appropriately in the collection bays.
Objective: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
· If required, deliver and collect customer vehicles in an efficient and timely manner using the most direct route.
· Drive customers safely to and from the Retailer if required
· Maintain a good relationship with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
· Check preferred method of payment with customer and collect payment as required
· Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and bring any customer complaints to the attention of the Manager immediately
Objective: Help the site achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
· Park repaired cars in the car park in preparation for collection or delivery
· Note any damage on vehicles being collected and bring this to the attention of the customer and the Service Receptionist on return
· Write clearly and legibly and document items accurately
Objective: Drive safely and comply with Retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines at all times
· Ensure compliance with all health & safety and company policy and procedures
· Drive in a safe and courteous manner at all times and report any accidents to Manager immediately
· Ensure company vehicles are in a roadworthy condition, paying particular attention to tyres and fluid levels, and alert Manager when a scheduled service is required
· Operate within the law at all times
· Undertake all other tasks and responsibilities, including duties within the valeting team, as requested by Manager
· Maintain a professional image at all times.
