Why not step into the outdoors and take on a job that you love? Working as an Activity Instructor will involve being outside in the fresh air and will see you using your practical skills. Delivering fun and engaging activities to children is one of the most rewarding roles you can have. 

Your day will be full of variety, delivering a whole range of activities such as Crate Challenge, Archery or our very own Escape the Room! No two days will be the same.

At Grittleton Adventures we offer schools an outdoor residential trip. Our amazing team will guide the schools through their trip, starting with a warm and well organised welcome. Then throughout their stay, schools are guided through an organised programme of activities and meal times until it is time for a huge send off on the final day. 

You will be provided with all the training you need for the role, all you need to bring is bags of energy and enthusiasm. Throughout the training and the season, you will not only learn new skills and pick up some qualifications but you will also gain self confidence, improve your communication and team work skills and much much more.
