Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a highly skilled and passionate professional Adult Counsellor to join our organisation on a part-time basis.   
 
The successful candidate will have good knowledge within the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement; experience working with the effects of Trauma, especially Sexual abuse trauma; experience of running services for Black and minoritised ethnic women; and experience of developing teams within a strong values framework.  

The successful Adult Counsellor will have demonstrable experience of implementing a range of therapeutic methods and techniques and a commitment to feminist & anti-racist principles, embedding these values into their everyday practice.  
The position is offered on a permanent, part-time basis with 2 days in the office, and 1 day remotely. The post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
