We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support across the business. This is a varied and integral role within the Finance & Governance directorate which would suit a candidate who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. By supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of administration, communication and compliance across multiple departments, this is an exciting opportunity to show your administration magic and offer value to our team.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable and confident using all Microsoft Office applications to support departments, processes and business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide professional administrative support across all departments
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters and telephone enquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records and filing systems
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, documents and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars and meeting logistics
- Arrange travel and accommodation where required
- Support onboarding of new staff, including documentation and system access
- Assist with office management, supplies, facilities and internal procedures
- Support compliance with policies and governance requirements
- Support ad-hoc projects
Data & Systems
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and records
- Produce reports using Microsoft Excel and other corporate systems
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection policies
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
- Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You
Essential
- Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or office support role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, flexible, and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Desirable
- Experience working across multiple departments or in a fast-paced organisation
- Knowledge of CRM or other business systems
- Basic understanding of finance, HR, or operations administration
- Experience supporting senior managers and/or executives

Qualifications
- Relevant administrative or business qualification (desirable but not essential)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
