Who are we looking for?

Academic representation is crucial to ensuring that students feel supported and listened to. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about amplifying the voices of LSE students and ensuring that students are at the heart of everything that the School does.

The post-holder will have excellent organisation skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across both the Students’ Union and the School in order to facilitate the academic representation system. We’re looking for someone who can both plan and deliver engaging training to students, and is able to support and motivate student volunteers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, alongside the ability to work to multiple deadlines and work under their own initiative. They’ll also have strong administrative and analytical skills, and be able to successfully plan and deliver events.

We particularly welcome applicants from individuals who are marginalised on the basis of their race or ethnicity, and from individuals who define as disabled or neurodivergent.
