About Justice & Care
Justice & Care was founded in 2008 from a belief that modern slavery could only be tackled effectively by joining forces. Today, our direct country operations are focused in the UK and Bangladesh, combining frontline work with evidence and systemic change.

We work with people who have experienced or are experiencing modern slavery, communities, police, governments, prosecutors, businesses, NGOs, investors and others. We support people to walk free and rebuild their lives, pursue those responsible for trafficking, help protect people at risk, and use frontline learning and evidence to create change at scale.

In the UK, our work includes the award-winning Victim Navigator Programme, providing specialist support to survivors alongside trusted advice to police forces throughout investigation, as well as training, policy and advocacy, and systemic-change work to improve the response to modern slavery. In Bangladesh, our work combines direct support for survivors with criminal-justice expertise and prevention initiatives, working with government, law enforcement and communities to strengthen systems , improve responses to trafficking and reduce re-trafficking.

Our approach is collaborative, practical and evidence-led. We concentrate our resources where we can deepen expertise, demonstrate what works and enable effective approaches to influence wider systems and practice.

About the team
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team plays a vital role in helping Justice & Care understand, demonstrate and strengthen the impact of our work. We work across the organisation to ensure high-quality evidence is collected, analysed and used to improve programmes, support accountability to those we serve, and demonstrate impact to funders, partners and other stakeholders.

Working collaboratively with programme, fundraising, policy, communications and operational colleagues, the team promotes a culture of learning, continuous improvement and evidence-informed decision-making.

About the role
As the UK Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Senior Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Justice & Care's UK impact strategy. Working closely with the Global Head of MEAL, you'll coordinate the day-to-day monitoring, reporting and learning activities across our UK programmes, ensuring high-quality evidence is collected, analysed and used to improve programme delivery and demonstrate impact.

You'll become a trusted partner to colleagues across the organisation, providing practical support on monitoring and reporting, preparing donor and internal reports, coordinating programme evaluations, strengthening data quality and helping teams use learning and evidence to improve outcomes for survivors of modern slavery.

About you
You're an analytical and organised professional with experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, impact measurement or programme performance. You enjoy turning complex information into meaningful insights and are passionate about using evidence to improve services and outcomes for vulnerable people.

You'll be a collaborative relationship-builder who communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoys supporting colleagues to embed good monitoring and evaluation practices. Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities, you'll bring curiosity, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement, alongside a genuine passion for Justice & Care's mission to combat modern slavery and support survivors.
