Role & responsibilities
The content producer will be responsible for planning, creating and delivering high-quality content across digital channels, with a focus on campaigns that support commercial partners, ticketing, hospitality, retail, partnerships and fan engagement.
· Produce high-quality video content for commercial, marketing and promotional campaigns.
· Create written content including website articles, email copy, matchday promotions and partner features.
· Capture and edit video for social media, digital advertising, events and matchdays.
· Work with the commercial team to deliver sponsor activations and branded content.
· Support ticketing, memberships, hospitality and retail campaigns with engaging assets.
· Work with the digital content manager to manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across multiple channels.
· Attend matchdays, club events and community activities to capture live content.
· Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
· Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
· Manage freelance creatives or external suppliers when required.
Person criteria
· Experience creating professional video and written content.
· Strong filming, editing and post-production skills.
· Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
· Understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Creative, proactive and highly organised approach.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays when required.
· Desirable: graphic design skills; experience in sport, events or entertainment.
