Join Our Team as a Catering Department Support Member.

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and love working in a friendly environment? Carrs Pasties Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Catering Department Support Member to join our team!

Vacancy:

37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and products to recipes and production plans
  • Follow SOPs and batch coding processes
  • Bake and pack products to schedule, completing traceability and temperature checks
  • Drive and operate the mobile food vehicles safely across designated routes and events
  • Carry out daily pre-use vehicle checks and keep the van clean, secure and roadworthy
  • Serve customers warmly and professionally, promoting daily specials and seasonal products
  • Support stock rotation, inventory checks and waste management
  • Maintain accurate food safety and quality records, including HACCP paperwork

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
  • Must be 21 years or over, with a minimum of 2 years' clean driving licence, for insurance purposes
  • Confident and safe driver, comfortable operating a mobile catering vehicle 
  • Knowledgeable about products or willing to learn
  • Positive and respectful, even on challenging days
  • Well-presente
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
