Senior Managers lead independently on medium to large processes and assist the strategic and operational leadership of their service, with responsibility for key aspects of quality assurance.

Commercial operations (first priority) Build and maintain the cost calculators and pricing machinery for every proposal, applying the Group rate card and levels. Produce monthly margin, contribution, utilisation and recovery reporting by person and practice, and pipeline reporting from the CRM. Own time and capacity recording (Float), project set-up templates and client contracting, and operate income recognition jointly with the Senior Manager, Finance.

Systems and platforms Administer the Group's platforms (CRM, scheduling, HR system, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, domains and website) and keep the credential register and process crib sheets current, so every critical process has a documented backup. Build automations and integrations, lead the Group's AI environment (administration, rollout, guidance by role, quality assurance) with whole-team adoption the goal, and run the company calendar and operational intake channel.

People and HR process Issue employee contracts as a standard pack approved by the Executive Director; maintain the Employee Handbook, staff acknowledgements and the self-serve policy chatbot; run onboarding and offboarding checklists, the monthly Group induction, recruitment administration and compliance training records; and administer the benefits scheme, the annual salary letter process and visa sponsorship.

Outsourced partners Select (within budget), contract and manage every outsourced partner, including HR and IT support: single point of contact, service levels monitored, value for money reviewed.

Data protection, compliance and facilities Act as Data Protection Lead (registrations, privacy notices, DPIAs, DSARs, breaches and AI use policies) and as Designated Safeguarding Lead; training is provided for both. Run the Cyber Essentials cycle with the IT partner, office and rental agreements, health and safety basics, offsite and event logistics, and brand asset and website operations.
