Role Purpose

Being a member of a dedicated team, providing comprehensive administration services to our international client base and their structures. Administering a portfolio of private, corporate and private fund client structures in a number of asset classes including real estate. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Play a senior role in the administration of a portfolio of private, corporate and private fund client structures in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with terms of engagement.
  • Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and supporting documentation is prepared accurately.
  • Oversee the work of junior administrators including training and mentoring them.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients.
  • Attendance to Client meetings as requested.
  • Assist with client AEOI, GDPR, ISE, tax filing submissions, regulatory annual confirmation statement submissions.
  • Participate in the periodic reviews of client files as necessary and clear periodic review points raised.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the firm as well as meeting all appropriate regulatory and statutory standards and requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors.
  • Provide general assistance to the Manager/Client Director when required.
  • Willingness to be involved in business development activities and to assist management team in winning new work through developing close relationships with clients and their intermediaries.

Technical / Professional / Qualification Preference

  • CGI/STEP Diploma or equivalent completed; or
  • Qualified Accountant (by qualification through the Professional body); or
  • Functional Qualification relevant to function; and
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development
