Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Writing product descriptions and uploading to Shopify
  • Collaborating on writing blog posts
  • Photo and video content generation for website / social media
  • Taking ownership of a secondary social media channel
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Helping team with order fulfilment

Essential Skills, Capabilities & Knowledge
  • Sewing & fabric knowledge
  • Strong copywriting (product & blog writing)
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to appear in photography and video
  • Hands-on approach and adaptable 
  • Collaborative and supportive of colleagues
  • Takes initiative and responsibility
  • Readiness to work between creative and administrative tasks

Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Knowledge
  • Video editing (CapCut, Canva)
  • Photography and / or content creation experience (Adobe suite, Canva or equivalent)
  • Social media experience
  • E-commerce platform experience (e.g. Shopify)
  • Understanding of basic SEO

Salary potentially negotiable depending upon relevant experience.
Part-time role but flexibility regarding days / hours
