We are looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Part-
Time Digital Media Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal
for someone who already has some marketing experience and
is looking to further develop their skills through a Level 4 Digital
Marketing apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will support the planning, creation, and delivery of digital content across a variety of platforms, helping to improve brand awareness, customer engagement,
and digital performance. The role combines practical workplace experience with structured learning through a Level 4 apprenticeship programme focused on digital marketing strategy, content development, analytics, and campaign management.

The apprenticeship is designed to develop advanced skills in digital content creation, social media marketing, campaign planning, data analysis, digital collaboration, and emerging
technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms
Support digital marketing campaigns across email, website, and social media channels
Produce engaging visual, and video content and case studies for online use
Assist with website updates using content management systems (CMS)
Help monitor and report on digital campaign performance and analytics
Conduct research into audience trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Work collaboratively with colleagues on marketing and promotional projects
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Ensure all work complies with company policies, data protection, and ethical marketing practices
Support club related and charity fundraising events

Apprenticeship Training
The apprentice will work towards a Level 4 Digital Marketing qualification which may include:
Digital content for social media channels
Data analysis and reporting
Digital collaboration
Content design
Email marketing
Social media marketing
Website software and digital content delivery
Emerging technologies and generative AI in the workplace
