Anne Health is a digital healthcare facilitator dedicated to trans+ and gender-diverse communities. We support the delivery of affirming, evidence-based care, including access to therapeutic and clinical support for patients across the UK and beyond. Our service is delivered by a team of independent wellbeing contractors, and we are now looking for an experienced, values-driven manager to support the team.

The Role
This generic role sits across several teams, providing essential administrative support that keeps Anne Health’s services running smoothly and patients well supported.
The role may be allocated to, or move between, the following teams:
- Patient Services – supporting member communication, appointment management, and enquiry handling.
- Patient Care - providing general administrative support for the independent Prescribers and Nurses.
- Blood Services – providing administrative support for blood test coordination, liaison with patients, and referral to clinical providers.
- Finance & HR – supporting day-to-day finance administration, HR processes, and general operational tasks.
- Wellbeing Services - supporting general admin for the service, including appointment booking and responding to patient enquiries across all communication platforms.
- Comms & Events - supporting external communications and social media, and support for event planning and execution.
The role has a common set of core skills and responsibilities applicable across teams. Team-specific duties will be confirmed during onboarding based on your allocated team/s. The specific teams may change as the organisation develops.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication & Support
- Where applicable, manage patient and family/carer conversations via email, telephone, or webchat, responding promptly, warmly, and efficiently to provide information, support, and resolve issues.
- Responding to email queries from third-party providers, resolving queries/issues
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
- Ensure all communication reflects Anne Health’s tone: warm, human, professional, and never corporate.
Enquiry Handling
- Respond to queries about Anne Health’s services, pricing, and membership options.
- Provide accurate information about what we offer and how to access care.
- Signpost patients to relevant resources on our website, to appropriate team members, or to other services.
Triage & Escalation
- Identify and escalate urgent matters to your line manager or the relevant team.
- Recognise when queries require specialist input and ensure they reach the right person.
- Handle sensitive or complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
Appointment & Scheduling Management (team dependent)
- Where applicable, book, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the booking system.
- Confirm appointments with patients and send reminders where needed.
- Manage appointment availability and coordinate with departmental admin teams.
General Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records and update systems and databases.
- Complete data entry tasks and ensure information is filed correctly.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Carry out team-specific duties as required by your allocated team.

- Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or admin role.

- Lived experience as a trans or non-binary person or within the LGBTQ+ community.
- Familiarity with healthcare settings or terminology.
- An existing understanding of various gender affirming healthcare options would be beneficial.
- Understanding of the challenges facing trans people accessing healthcare in the UK.
- Experience managing social media channels professionally.
- Experience in clinical or finance administration, HR processes, or blood test coordination.

Clinic B is located in Worthing, BN11. This clinic offers appointments to anyone over the age of 18 and they can centrifuge blood samples on site. They are open Monday to Thursday.
Clinic C
Clinic C is in London, SE27. This clinic offers appointments to anyone over the age of 12 and they can centrifuge blood samples on site. They are open Tuesday to Sunday.
Clinic D
Clinic D is in Hove, BN3. This clinic offers appointments to anyone over the age of 12, they are not able to centrifuge blood samples on site. They are open every day.
