This is a diverse role which is pivotal to business success and is integral in establishing the reputation of OFS as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations.   The role is part of a team, within the Funds function, and requires the post holder to work independently and collaboratively across the business.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITES      

  Liaise with clients to ensure questions/queries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner
  Prepare / review correspondence and payments for clients, timely and accurately
  Support general office operation (including front of house and meeting logistics support)
  Monitor and manage bank platform access
  Support the payments processes for clients
  Supervise and monitor the workloads and workflow of junior team members
  As and when required assist with the preparation of client reporting, including board papers
  Review of monthly client account reconciliations
  Check payments and act as a ‘B’ signatory for the section
  Complete regulatory reporting to the GFSC and other ad-hoc reporting where required (AUM figures; IMF statistics; Monetary etc)
  Assist with the renewal of insurance policies for all clients, where they are required including liaison with insurers
  General correspondence with clients and connected parties
  Completing and inputting time in the time billing system on a daily basis
  Compliance with company procedures
  Completing any other duties as may be required from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the role, team and evolving nature of the function

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the Finance Industry
Holds or is studying towards a relevant Professional Qualification 
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation and time management skills
The ability to achieve specified deadlines, prioritise work and use own initiative
Be proactive, methodical, with a ‘can do’ attitude
