We are recruiting a Visitor Experience Manager to lead the front of house team, retail, events, and customer service operations at Fishbourne Roman Palace to ensure an exceptional and engaging visitor experience. 

This role is critical in developing and delivering a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable environment for all visitors while supporting the site's strategic and financial goals. 

For this role ideally you will have some experience of working in a tourist attraction, heritage, arts or charity environment and be highly organised, extremely self-motivated and have excellent team leading skills. You will need to be hard-working, pro-active, approachable and able to take control of any situation that arises. You will be required to supervise staff and ensure the smooth running of Fishbourne Roman Palace to ensure our visitors feel welcome and looked after to a very high standard. 

The work will often be at weekends and will include unsocial hours due to managing a front of house team.
