What you’ll do

  • Define and maintain Kybera’s DevOps and platform engineering roadmap across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, reliability and security.

  • Establish reusable standards, deployment patterns and reference architectures across Kybera product lines.
  • Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple repositories, services and product components.
  • Lead release engineering and deployment automation for Kybera products.
  • Enable repeatable, secure and scalable deployments across development, test, staging, production and customer environments.
  • Design and support customer-isolated, multi-site and multi-tenant deployment models where required.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, alerting, SLOs and operational health practices for production and customer-facing systems.
  • Lead incident response, post-incident reviews and continuous improvement of platform reliability and operational maturity.
  • Embed security, safety, compliance, auditability and traceability requirements into infrastructure, release and deployment workflows.

Your profile

Essential experience

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, with at least 2 years operating in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Production-grade experience with AWS (and ideally one secondary cloud or on-premises environment).
  • Proven experience designing CI/CD at scale (GitHub Actions or equivalent) across many repositories and product lines.
  • Demonstrable experience operating safety-critical, mission-critical, or heavily regulated production systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage executive, customer, partner, and regulator audiences.

Desirable experience

  • Experience within autonomous systems, industrial automation, robotics, transportation, or other mission-critical infrastructure domains.
  • Familiarity with ROS 2 build/release tooling and robotics software lifecycle management.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platform design or customer-isolated deployment patterns.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to join a business at an early yet pivotal stage of its growth journey in a key role shaping the future of autonomous navigation.
  • A collaborative and innovative Engineering culture, working alongside bright and ambitious colleagues.
