JOB SUMMARY
Oak is seeking an experienced Temporary Regulatory Project Analyst to support regulatory reporting and operational improvement on a 12-month fixed term basis. 

The role will support the review, development and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes, data quality and operational controls across the fiduciary business. Working closely with stakeholders across operations, fiduciary and compliance teams, the successful candidate will help identify reporting requirements, assess existing processes and contribute to the delivery of sustainable solutions. 

This position would suit an experienced trust and fiduciary professional with strong analytical capability, operational awareness and a practical understanding of investment structures, entity management and regulatory obligations.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
  • Support the delivery of a regulatory reporting and operational enhancement programme across the business.
  • Assist with the review and development of regulatory reporting processes, controls and data requirements.
  • Conduct analysis and review of entity, investment and client data to support reporting and operational objectives.
  • Support data remediation and data quality improvement initiatives across multiple systems and records.
  • Work collaboratively with operational, fiduciary and compliance teams to identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes, requirements and operational recommendations.
  • Contribute to project planning, tracking and delivery activities as required.
  • Support broader operational and regulatory initiatives across the business. 
 
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
  • Experience within fiduciary, trust and corporate services.
  • Good understanding of investment structures and investment administration. 
  • Awareness of regulatory reporting and operational control environments. 
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet capability, including data analysis and reconciliation. 
  • Experience working across operational, project or change-focused initiatives. 
  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders across the business. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
