Due to continued & exciting expansion, we are looking for a Client Services Administrator  to join the MAC Financial team.

The role would suit a results-driven, highly motivated individual, who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and a desire to help clients.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager and Client Services Team Leader, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide support to MAC Financial IFA’s, Paraplanning & Operational Teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To provide effective assistance and support to the IFA & Paraplanning Teams.

  •  Arranging & preparing documentation for both ‘Private’ and ‘Corporate’ clients

  •  Processing New Business & Pension Applications

  •  IFA Diary Co-ordination (using Microsoft Outlook, Bookings & Teams)

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries

  •  Responsibility of group mailboxes.

  • Building relationships with clients & HR contacts

  • Providing professional reception cover duties where required

  • Dealing and processing all general enquiries via email or mail

  • Other Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the business

The ideal candidate will posses strong attention to detail, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, be an effective organiser, have the ability to work on there own as well as part of the team, with effective time management skills, a confidence to ask questions, a customer focused mindset & have the ability to prioritise work & deliver within deadlines, whilst managing stakeholder expectations and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C or above (or equivalent) 
  • Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Desirable
  • Previous knowledge on Group or Individual Personal Pensions, Investments &/or Life Insurance products is beneficial but not necessary
  • Experience using Intelliflo CRM system would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
