JOB SUMMARY 
Oak is seeking an exceptional Senior Trust Manager to oversee a highly sophisticated portfolio of international trust and fiduciary structures for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients. This is a senior leadership position requiring extensive technical expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex client relationships, regulatory obligations, and trust administration matters. 

The successful candidate will be a seasoned fiduciary professional with the technical depth, leadership capability, and commercial sophistication to manage some of the firm's most demanding client portfolios. They will be confident operating autonomously, handling sensitive client matters with discretion, and delivering exceptional service to a discerning international client base while maintaining the highest regulatory and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES   
  • Manage a substantial and highly complex book of trust, company, foundation, PTC and other fiduciary structures.  
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, entrepreneurs, and multi-generational wealth structures.  
  • Provide strategic oversight of trust and corporate administration activities, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.  
  • Lead complex restructuring projects, succession planning arrangements, and cross-border fiduciary matters.  
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, risk management, AML/CFT, FATCA, CRS, BOSS, CESRA and governance requirements.  
  • Oversee and review regulatory filings, statutory obligations, trustee resolutions, and corporate documentation. 
  • Identify and mitigate fiduciary, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.  
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, investment professionals, and regulators.  
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trust professionals, ensuring strong performance, technical excellence, and succession planning.  
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex trust administration and fiduciary matters. 

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive trust and fiduciary administration experience, preferably within a leading trust company, private bank, family office, or fiduciary services provider.  
  • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex international trust and wealth structures.  
  • Extensive knowledge of trust administration, fiduciary responsibilities, corporate structures, foundations, PTCs and estate planning concepts.  
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, AML/CFT obligations, FATCA, CRS, BOSS, CESRA and governance frameworks.  
  • Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated client relationships and complex fiduciary matters with minimal or no supervision.  
  • Experience leading and managing professional teams in a trust administration environment.  
  • Exceptional communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.  
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.  
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.  
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, legal, accounting, or related fiduciary credentials are required.
