Join Our Team as a Finishing Team Assistant.
Love working in a hands-on role? We’re hiring team members to help pack our popular frozen and hot products. You’ll be part of a supportive team ensuring every order is prepared with care and quality.

Vacancy:
You’ll work on a 6-week rolling rota, averaging 39 hours over 5 days per week. Your days will vary week to week, so flexibility is important.

Shift times mainly stay consistent:
  • Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:15pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
We’ll provide your rota ahead of time so you can plan your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing frozen and hot food products accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring all products meet quality standards before dispatch
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Handling products carefully to maintain presentation and freshness
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Labelling, sealing, and preparing products for distribution
  • Maintaining accurate product traceability, ensuring all batches are correctly labelled and recorded
  • Reporting any faults, issues, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Supporting other areas of production when required
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Ensuring correct portioning and consistency of products in line with company standards
