About the role
As a Senior Producer, you will help guide development across animation, audio, design, and engineering while supporting the team through all stages of game development.
You will bring experience of the full game production cycle and help the team navigate planning, delivery, and collaboration with external partners.
This is a hands on role focused on keeping development moving, identifying risks early, and helping teams deliver great work in a supportive and organised way.
Please note this role requires the candidate to be on site on a hybrid basis and therefore we will not accept applications for remote only candidates.
What you will do
You will support the day to day coordination of development across animation, audio, code, and design, helping teams stay aligned as features move through production.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure work is clearly planned, tracked, and delivered to the expected quality and timelines.
You will help identify risks early, unblock teams where needed, and adapt plans as development evolves, keeping communication clear across the project.
Through a proactive, practical and collaborative approach, you will help maintain momentum across the team while supporting the delivery of high quality features throughout development.
What you will bring
Must have:
- Experience working through multiple full game development cycles from concept to release
- Expertise with Jira and other modern production tools and workflows
- Experience supporting development across multiple disciplines such as animation, audio, design, and engineering
- Experience coordinating work with external development partners or co-development teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A people centred, collaborative approach to problem solving
- Pragmatic and solution orientated
- Experience planning and tracking feature delivery within a production environment
Nice to have:
- Experience working on console titles and familiarity with platform requirements
- Experience working in smaller or growing studios
- Experience supporting teams through late stage development or release
- An interest in improving production processes and team workflows
