Conveyancing Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual to join our award‑winning Conveyancing Team as a Conveyancing Assistant on a full‑time basis, with flexibility to be based in any of our six offices: Runcorn, Maghull, Walton Vale, Warrington, Liverpool City Centre or Ashton in Makerfield.

You’ll be working as part of a well‑established and highly respected team, supporting experienced conveyancers and gaining hands‑on exposure to a broad range of residential property matters.

General Responsibilities
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll support our solicitors and conveyancers in delivering a smooth and efficient service to clients throughout their property transaction.

  • Assisting with the day-to-day progression of conveyancing files
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and emails
  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide a friendly and professional service to clients at all times
 
 What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided
  • A genuine interest in property law and client care
