Reports to: Head of Brand
Role Purpose
To power TrueStart’s growth by producing a high volume of scroll-stopping creative content that fuels
our paid media, organic social and brand campaigns.
This role exists to dramatically increase the amount of creative output across the business - from ad
creative, website support and product photography to short-form video, social posts and animations.
You will be responsible for helping TrueStart produce hundreds of pieces of content that drive
performance marketing and our E-Commerce channel, whilst ensuring everything still looks and feels
unmistakably TrueStart.
This role suits someone who loves making content at speed, thrives in a fast-moving creative
environment and is energised by the challenge of constantly testing new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
● Produce a large volume of creative assets across:
○ Paid ad creative (Meta, Google, TikTok)
○ Organic social content and campaign creatives inc product photography & lifestyle
imagery
○ Website and digital assets
● Shoot, edit and optimise engaging short-form video content for paid and organic channels
including:
○ Recipe videos making the coffee look extra delicious
○ Lifestyle and UGC-style content
○ Trend-based creative
○ Educational / storytelling formats
● Create eye-catching visual assets that are bold, energetic and unmistakably TrueStart using tools
such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. This includes but is not limited to:
○ Static ad creative
○ Social graphics and campaign visuals
○ Simple animations (bonus)
● Produce content for product pages and other areas of the website
● Work closely with the E-Commerce team and agencies to produce creative designed for
conversion.
○ A/B testing
○ Message testing
○ Format testing
○ Creative iteration
● Assist in reporting data insights to refine content and scale the best performing pieces -
continuously testing:
○ Hooks
○ Messaging
○ Visual styles
○ Formats
○ Creative concepts
● Help plan and execute regular content shoots, ensuring the team always has fresh assets
available.
● Bring energy on camera and off camera - working with our Socials Exec to create energising, on
brand content.
