Hours:
Monday | 7.00am-2.30pm (including 20min paid break)
Tuesday | 7.00am-2.30pm (including 20min paid break)
Wednesday | 7.00am-2.30pm (including 20min paid break)
Friday | 7.00am-2:30pm (including 20min paid break)
Saturday | 7.00am - 2.30pm (Including 20min paid break)

Wednesday | 7.00am-2.30pm (including 20min paid break)
Friday | 7.00am-2:30pm (including 20min paid break)
Saturday | 7.00am - 2.30pm (Including 20min paid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop the team to deliver excellent service, standards and performance.
- Champion a customer first, fresh, little and often mindset.
- Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and product availability.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, rotas, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Respond to customer feedback and drive sales through promotions and KPI focus.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and shop-level operational planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and legislation.
- Complete risk assessments, documentation, and maintain audit readiness.
- Reduce waste, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
