At Alex Monroe we design, manufacture and sell beautiful jewellery. We’re really all about people. We have a wonderful bunch of people working here, and a wonderful lot of customers too!
Everything is handmade right here in the UK by skilled craftspeople, from our fantastic workshop in the heart of London to our beautiful stores in London Bridge and Covent Garden.

You’ll be a great fit for us if:
- You are an experienced luxury sales rep, preferably from a Jewellery background with a proven sales record.
- You can provide above-and-beyond customer service, in a warm and friendly manner.
- Advise and sell to our customers in our Floral Street boutique, engaging them by sharing our brand story.
- Build and keep friendly, lasting relationships with customers, staying connected and offering support to earn their trust and loyalty.
- Wherever possible, go the extra mile for the customer, ensuring they receive the best advice and service.
- Ensure that every customer receives an outstanding experience with Alex Monroe.
- You have a positive, can-do attitude, taking ownership and responsibility of tasks with a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
- You have keen eye for detail.
- Prior knowledge of jewellery, metals, diamonds and gemstones would be a bonus but also something you can learn about!
