The Archives Policy & Practice Project (Facilitator(s)/Consultant(s)) is grounded in the archives, and its team/leader will work closely with BCA’s Archives Manager, two advisory groups, the wider team and community to research, develop, and draft a suite of archival policies that reflect and guide BCA’s distinctive, community-rooted approach to archival practice. These policies will formalise the principles that underpin our current ways of working and ensure that future decision-making and practice remains aligned with our values, ethics, and long-term vision.
