To support the delivery of Lincoln City Football Club partners, sponsors and corporate hospitality guests. Working with the Partnerships team to maximise activation delivery. To help build relationships with current commercial partners and to help the renewal probability of all partners/sponsors. To support the wider commercial team with delivering the grant of rights for each partner/sponsor.

Main Duties
- Alongside the Partnerships Executive, support the delivery of day-to-day relationships with commercial partners, ensuring the accurate and creative delivery of all contracted rights on matchdays and across club platforms
- Support the delivery of multi-channel activation plans/spreadsheet (digital, matchday, retail, hospitality) to enhance partner/sponsor visibility and ROI
- Be present at all home match days to supporrt activation delivery, steward sponsor involvement, and ensure activation standards are met
- Be present at partner/sponsor activations ensuring delivery to the highest standard
- Take a proactive approach to making sure all Partners and Sponsors receive maximum value whilst working with the football club
- Be a key part to delivering the highest quality matchday experience for matchday sponsors and Executive Box holders
- Support the Head of Commercial and wider commercial team with any other commercial support needed to achieve the Commercial Team’s objectives
- Be key to maintaining a high renewal rate across the Commercial department
- Provide administration support to the commercial team and Head of Commercial.
- Support the commercial team with organisation and delivery of commercial events
- Support the Partnerships Executive with delivery of inventory to partners and commercial accounts
General responsibilities
- Provide administration support to the commercial team
- Support the delivery of partnerships including activations and player visits
- Assist in the operational function of commercial events

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
- Experience of working in a sports environment
- Sound knowledge and an understanding of excellent customer service within a Sales environment

- Ability to confidently deliver the LCFC partnership post-sales process
- Plan and prioritise workload so that deadlines and standards are met
