Are you passionate about building relationships and creating new opportunities? We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across Projects and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) services.
This is a proactive, client-facing role where you’ll identify prospects, open doors, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping our future pipeline and driving revenue growth through structured, high-energy outbound activity.
We need a dynamic professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll bring:
- Proven success in outbound B2B sales or business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage a high-volume, structured sales rhythm while staying organised.
- Experience using CRM systems for forecasting and pipeline management.

- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue and performance objectives.
- Self-manage daily sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Build and leverage professional relationships to uncover and grow business opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative support and positioning the company as a strategic partner.
- Promote the FORTH® value proposition through compelling presentations and premium service offerings.
- Identify and qualify ideal opportunities, ensuring alignment with business criteria.
- Lead management and conversion, following up on inbound leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records and ensure sales efficiency.
- Achieve sales and margin targets, closing deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure smooth delivery handover by collaborating with delivery teams through structured meetings.
