Customer Service Rep (Front of House)

The role:
Our Business Operations (BOS) Team supports all aspects of our award-winning business, including Crime, Private Client, Family and Conveyancing departments. As an integral member of the BOS Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and you will provide an outstanding customer experience. 

Responsibilities include:
  •  Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  •  Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls
  •  Handling client email enquiries 
  •  Booking appointments
  •  Providing accurate quotes
  •  Sorting of post/scanning/uploading to files
  •  Archiving of files
  •  Taking client payments
  •  Maintaining the reception area

Any other general administrative duties

The role requires the following:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, by email and by phone.
  • High IT competency with experience in Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications. We work in a paperless environment and use online applications to support our clients.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team and contribute positively to team targets.

Some previous knowledge in the legal profession would be advantageous but not
 essential as full training would be given.
