Details
Tasks 
·       First point of contact for site visitors and customer questions 
·       Oversee site operations with a view to keeping people safe and informed
·       Open up and lock up for space hires 
·       Wildflower sales
·       Vegetable sales
·       Watering
·       Event support, including handling questions or general site requests from the catering team
·      Any ad hoc queries or wider assistance to individuals and groups as needed.
 
Skills required for the post:
 
·      Good communication skills, be able to engage with individuals and groups in a welcoming and informative way. 
·      Have a broad awareness of health and safety on site. Be aware of the kinds of risks that can occur when opening to the public and an understanding of suitable interventions necessary to keep everyone safe. 
·      Have a keen interest in the work that Grow Wilder is doing and insights into the type of groups that want to use the space. 
·      Demonstrate experience of taking responsibility for resources such as money, physical assets (for example,  buildings, spaces or equipment) and people.
